I've been quiet for a few weeks, and there's a reason. I went underground to build the next phase of ConfigurAI: a new website, and two products I really believe in.

I know some of you aren't sure you need an AI course, or an audit, or any of it, and that the whole thing just feels like too much. I get it. There's noise everywhere, and most of it is useless.

But I'm afraid this is the world now. Whoever has already got AI working for them has an unfair advantage, and it's growing. It's moving so fast that the usual move, save this, screenshot it, come back next week when things calm down, doesn't work anymore. Next week isn't going to be calmer.

If you've got a job, you need this to keep it, or to get a better one. And if you run a business, you need it just to stay in the market. The competitors who've already worked this out are quicker than you now. They've got more time and more money to put into actually getting customers through the door, because they're not drowning in admin and they're not handing thousands to other people for work AI now does for them.

And here's my proof. I built this whole website myself, with AI. I'm not a developer, I can't write a single line of code, and honestly, who needs to now? So. The two things I built.

The new round of ConfigurAI starts on 4 June, and this time I'm running two cohorts at once, one for professionals and one for business owners. Six weeks each, a module a week, and a live call every week where you bring whatever you're working on and we sort it out together, no talking at slides. The first module lands on 4 June. Professionals meet on Wednesdays at 8 pm, business owners on Tuesdays at 11 am. It's all the practical stuff that actually eats your week: invoicing, orders, admin, writing, and finding clients. It's £297, and I'm capping each cohort at 15 so the calls stay genuinely useful.

If six weeks is more than you want to take on right now, there's a smaller way in. I've started doing personalised AI Audits. We get on Zoom for thirty to forty-five minutes, no prep needed, and you just talk me through your role or your business. Then I go away and write you a proper report, seven to nine pages, built entirely around you: the exact places AI can give you your time back or bring in revenue, which tools to use, and the order to do them in. Then we get on a second call, and I walk you through all of it. Nothing generic, nothing you'd find on Google. You get it back within 48 hours, and it's £197.
