Last week, I shared something that genuinely surprised me: a browser that finally helps instead of distracts.

I promised I would come back with more.
And I keep my promises.

Since sending that newsletter, I’ve used Comet every single day. It has already saved me well over 20 hours in research, learning, and even writing emails.
Not because I suddenly became more productive, but because the browser itself started doing the heavy lifting.

If you missed Part One, you can read it here.
If you haven’t downloaded Comet yet, you can do that here.

We are surrounded by AI noise right now.
Another app. Another update. Another headline telling you that if you don’t learn everything, you’ll be left behind.

Let’s delete that pressure.

You don’t need to master 100 AI tools.
You don’t need to become “technical”.
You just need a few smart workflows that take the weight off.
If you can shave hours from your week, that is already a win.

So today, I’m sharing two real case studies from my own work this week, the exact ways Comet helped me:
• learn from content without taking notes
• find potential clients and write personalised outreach emails in under a minute

I write this newsletter for my non-technical friends, the ones who are smart, capable, ambitious, and tired of feeling like they’re “behind”.

If that’s you, I hope you feel a little lighter after this.

Let’s make AI feel calmer.
Let’s cut through the noise and keep what works.

Case Study #1 - Learn Faster with Comet (No Note-Taking Needed)

Learning from YouTube is great.
Remembering what you learned is hard.
Taking notes takes time.

This workflow solves that:

What I did

  1. I opened the YouTube video inside the Comet browser.

  2. I clicked the Assistant panel on the right side.

  3. I selected Summarise this video.

  4. Within seconds, Comet gave me the key points and action items.

I didn’t pause the video.
I didn’t write anything down.

Time saved: 2–3 hours this week.

Why this helps

• You don’t forget what you learned
• You get action steps you can use immediately
• Learning becomes quicker and less stressful

This same workflow works for:

Books
Articles
PDFs
Webpages
Long online reports

Basically: if it’s on a page or video… Comet can summarise.

Try it yourself

Copy this into Comet:

Summarise this into the 3 most important insights and give me two actions I can take this week.

Optional next move

After summarising, you can:

• Save the notes to your task system
• Share the summary with your team
• Use it to make better decisions faster

Case Study #2 - Find Potential Clients and Write Outreach Emails in Under 60 Seconds

Finding clients can be slow and stressful.
Research → finding the right person → writing a personalised message…
It usually takes hours per lead.

Comet helped me do all of that this week in just a few minutes.

What I did

  1. I searched for a specific group of potential clients:

  2. Female-led small businesses in the UK, 5–20 staff, in the wellness or coaching niche

  3. I opened 8 company pages (websites, LinkedIn, job boards) inside Comet.

  4. I asked the Assistant to scan those open tabs and extract useful info.

Comet instantly produced a table with:

  • Company name

  • Website

  • Contact person (when visible)

  • Signs they’re growing or hiring

  • Pain points they mention on their website

  • A suggested value offer I could send them

This alone saved 2–3 hours of manual research.

Write a personalised outreach email

I then used a second prompt:

“Using the summarised needs for Company Lavender Health, draft a 90-word outreach email to the CEO, referencing their recent hiring and offering a 30-minute clarity call.”
Review/edit to retain my voice.

In seconds, Comet wrote this outreach email:

I made one small tweak, and it was ready to send.

Time saved: 45–60 minutes per lead.

The prompts I used (feel free to save them)

Prompt 1 – Build Lead List

Scan the open tabs. For each company, extract:
company name, website link, contact person (if visible), recent hiring statement or job advert, pain point implied by language (‘we’re growing fast’, ‘looking to scale systems’), and suggest one value offer I could send them this week.

Prompt 2 – Personalised Email

Using the summarised needs for [Company Name], draft a short outreach email referencing their recent growth and offering a 30-minute clarity call.

Why this works

Most outreach takes too long because:

• You’re researching each company separately
• You’re writing from scratch every time
• You’re unsure who to contact or what to say

Comet removes all of that:

  • It shows you the right companies

  • It tells you what they might need

  • It drafts the first message for you

All you do is send and follow up.

Why this matters

Whether you:

• Run your own business and want to find clients
• or you’re job-searching and want to reach the right companies

This workflow works exactly the same.

You get:

  • the right organisations

  • key decision-makers

  • their current needs

  • a personalised message, in under a minute

And that gives you a real advantage without adding more stress or more hours to your day.
