There’s a moment, usually quiet, usually between tasks, when you suddenly feel the weight behind your decisions.
Not confusion.
Just the subtle pressure of carrying too many thoughts at once.
That’s often when I open ChatGPT.
Not for information.
For perspective.
And here’s the shift that changed everything for me:
ChatGPT becomes far more powerful when you stop asking it for answers
and start using it to reveal the things you’ve been avoiding or not noticing.
Imagine your mind as a room.
You’re inside it, surrounded by your own assumptions and emotional history.
ChatGPT stands at the doorway, able to see the layout more clearly simply because it’s not tangled in your stories.
It doesn’t mirror your fears.
It doesn’t carry your pressure.
And it never rushes your thinking.
That’s why I’ve started using it less like an assistant
and more like a coach, one that stays calm when I’m overwhelmed, direct when I’m spiralling, and honest when I’m avoiding something important.
A good coach doesn’t tell you what to do.
A good coach sharpens your thinking.
And clarity is the thing we lose fastest when life speeds up.
This edition is about that version of ChatGPT.
Not the tool.
Not the productivity helper.
The perspective-giver, the one who helps you think like the person you’re becoming, not the one you’re trying to outgrow.
At the end, I’ll share three prompts that work like a psychological X‑ray, revealing what you’re missing, avoiding, or quietly carrying.
Let’s step into that doorway.
To understand the difference between “regular ChatGPT” and the version that actually helps you think, here’s a simple example.
Let’s take the most common prompt people use when they’re overwhelmed:
“I’m feeling stuck. What should I do?”
Default ChatGPT responds like a well‑meaning assistant:
“Here are five things you can try to get unstuck…”
– Take a short break
– Break tasks into smaller steps
– Practice mindfulness
– Review your goals
– Reach out for support
Nothing wrong with it.
But nothing transformative either.
It gives you answers, not clarity.
It treats your feelings like a task.
Now watch what happens when you prompt ChatGPT to behave like a coach, not a fixer.
Prompt:
“Act as a calm, direct life coach. Don’t give me steps. Help me understand what’s actually behind this feeling of being stuck.”
ChatGPT (life‑coach mode):
“Let’s slow this down.
Feeling ‘stuck’ usually isn’t about a lack of options, it’s about a conflict between what you want and what you think you should do.”
“Which part feels heavier right now:
– the uncertainty about the next step, or
– the pressure to take the ‘right’ one?”
“Before we solve anything, let’s understand the friction point. Where does your hesitation actually sit — in clarity, confidence, or commitment?”
Now you’re thinking.
Not reacting.
Not spiralling.
Not outsourcing your decisions.
You’re being coached into awareness.
And here’s where the magic is:
**Life‑coach ChatGPT doesn’t try to fix your problem.
It helps you see the shape of it.**
Big difference.
Because once you see the shape, solutions become obvious without forcing anything.
Why This Works
Default ChatGPT operates at the surface level.
It gives you suggestions, tips, steps, quick dopamine, and shallow clarity.
Life‑coach ChatGPT operates at the pattern level.
It targets:
the conflict behind the emotion
the assumption behind the question
the pressure behind the procrastination
the story behind the stuckness
This is what real coaching does.
It reveals the mechanism behind your behaviour so you stop fighting the wrong battle.
The 5‑Question CoachGPT Sequence
A short, powerful flow you can copy‑paste and run anytime you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear.
This is the simplest, cleanest way to use ChatGPT like a life coach,
and it’s built around the three deep questions you shared.
1. “Before we go deeper, what’s the situation as I currently understand it?”
Grounds you without spiralling.
2. “What am I not seeing clearly about this?”
Opens the space for perspective.
3. “What patterns, blind spots, or truths about me am I not fully seeing yet, including the ones I might not want to?”
Your first deep question, the mirror.
4. “Look beneath that. What am I avoiding, resisting, or downplaying here?”
Your second deep question, the honesty layer.
5. “And if we go to the core, no filters, no softening, what truth would help me grow the fastest right now?”
Your third deep question, the final clarity punch.
Save this.
Use it when your mind feels loud.
It’s five lines, but it opens more insight than most people get in a month.

That’s it for today.
In the next newsletter, I’ll share something I’ve been building quietly in the background, a short ChatGPT challenge designed to upgrade the way you think, use AI, and make decisions in a way that feels lighter and more effective.
If you’ve been wanting a clearer mind and a more capable version of ChatGPT by your side, keep an eye out.
More soon.
Tooling for Trust: Building Your Seatbelt for the AI Era
It’s not hackers that worry me most.
It’s good people, smart, careful people, pasting client data into an AI tool because they just needed something done faster.
AI risk isn’t about headlines. It’s about inputs, what we feed the machine, knowingly or not.
And in this new world, you’re only as safe as your rules.
That’s why I built the AI Risk & Policy Toolkit, not to make anyone paranoid, but to give every business something they’ve never had before: a seatbelt for the AI era.
It doesn’t turn you into a compliance lawyer. It helps you stay confident while your team experiments, creates, and automates.
Inside, you’ll find:
Leak Mapping Worksheet – to spot where your data quietly slips into third-party tools.
Tool Vetting Checklist – five questions to test whether an AI tool deserves your trust.
AI Policy Templates – clear, editable rules you can drop straight into your team handbook.
Quarterly Review Sheet – a simple ritual to stay proactive instead of reactive.
The moment you write it down, panic turns into process.
That’s the point. You protect your business before you ever need protection.
If this sparked something in you, come say hello on LinkedIn; that’s where I share the deeper lessons, tools, and systems behind ConfigurAI.
For the human side, the messy experiments, reflections, and moments that shape the work, you’ll find that on Instagram.
And if you want to see how it all connects, the business, the story, the mission, it’s all at orgesameli.com
Because what we’re building here isn’t just about AI.
It’s about making technology feel human again
Thanks for reading,
See you next Wednesday with more ways to cut the busywork and get your time back.
